1. Flail Cutting System: Robot-Welded Shaft, High-Strength Components, and Advanced Blade Design
The shaft of the flail cutting attachment is robot-welded as a single piece, requiring only one dynamic balancing weight. This results in high dynamic balance and a more attractive appearance. The blade shaft pins are made of Grade 8.8 high-strength steel (other similar products use ordinary pins that wear out quickly). The fixing pins are secured with Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts and anti-loosening nuts (competitors typically use ordinary R-pins). Nylon spacers are added between each blade, which prevents grass from getting stuck and maximizes dynamic balance. The blade holder is made of Q355B material, offering excellent wear resistance and a longer service life. The blades are arranged in groups of three – left, center, and right – to tear through tall grass from all directions. Both ends of the cutter shaft are fitted with maintenance-free, high-speed bearing housings, making the cutter shaft and blade assembly exceptionally smooth-running and durable.

2. Nylon Spacers Between Blades for Reduced Wear, Noise, and Vibration
Nylon spacers are added between each blade. This design reduces friction and wear by isolating metal components, extending blade and cutter shaft life. It significantly lowers operating noise, prevents blade jamming from foreign objects while allowing the blades to swing freely to adapt to different mowing conditions, absorbs vibration to protect the cutter shaft, and is corrosion-resistant for reliable performance in wet, muddy mowing environments.
