1) High Quality
1. The lawn mower’s entire body is made of Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel plates. The body uses a standard thickness of 6mm, with a yield strength ≥355 MPa and an impact energy ≥30J at 20°C. It has high strength and good toughness.
2. The walking motor uses two 48V, 1200W motors, equipped with standard length output shafts, and original 2500 PPR servo magnetic encoder motors. It features multi-core differential signals: UVW commutation, ABZ incremental, SPI debugging, with shielding for anti-interference. It supports full closed-loop control, capable of position loop, speed loop, and current loop three-loop control. The magnetic encoder is vibration-resistant and oil-resistant, suitable for complex industrial/outdoor scenarios, including inspection reports. In combination with our independently developed controller, it is long-lasting, durable, and will not overheat.
3. The gearbox uses an RV63 worm gear and worm reducer. This design includes a self-locking mechanism to prevent the motor from moving when power is off. The high friction between the worm and worm wheel ensures the motor remains stationary, eliminating accidental sliding or rolling on slopes and enhancing safety.
4. The gearbox output shaft is made of 40Cr material, with an additional bearing-strengthened flange plate. All machined components undergo anti-rust treatment. The drive wheel is made of ultra-wear-resistant steel plate formed in one piece by laser, avoiding casting sand holes. We guarantee that axially critical components of the body will never deform, with a lifetime warranty!

2) Lifting System
Uses a uniquely self-developed lifting system, equipped with 8 box-type, multi-ball dustproof bearings, 4 solid 25mm shafts, and 16,000N high-torque stainless steel electric push rods for linear lifting. The chassis moves up and down in a straight line, and the center of gravity does not shift during use. It also comes with a chassis height scale, allowing real-time and accurate observation of the mowing height.

3) Power Output
1. Uses a Loncin 608cc engine, with a power output of 11.5 kW, effortlessly cutting grass and branches, and enjoying the convenience of one-button electric start. We use spark plugs imported from the United States, along with a separate choke switch, and a separate engine start power source, allowing the engine to truly start in 1 second and shut down in 1 second.
2. We added an oil drain pipe, making oil changes clean and simple. An electronic throttle system is optional, allowing the engine power to be adjusted at any time.

4) Mowing System
Uses the uniquely developed VODEXS anti-hard-object cutting system, paired with an ultra-wear-resistant manganese blade disc. Optional 4-blade diamond cutting knives can be selected, with each cutting knife secured by pin bolts and anti-loosening screws / the blade disc is fixed with double-mesh anti-loosening plates to ensure it will not fall off.

5) Efficient Tracks
Using 41-section extended tracks from a listed company, with a ground contact length of 1.2 meters and 150mm width, paired with 5 high-polymer nylon wheels (these nylon wheels are self-developed and designed with an internal structure, thick and strong, preventing the tracks from coming off)

7) Fuel Tank
1. Use a tilt-proof fuel tank to ensure a slant angle, preventing fuel leakage. Use braided 8mm thick fuel hoses with additional copper fittings, which are durable and will not age or crack, and resist hose wear.
2. Use a fuel valve with a magnetic fuel cup at the bottom, with sufficient thickness, achieving first-stage fuel filtration, while the engine has a second-stage filtration system.

8) High-efficiency relay
1. Uses strong magnetic arc-extinguishing technology for efficient arc suppression.
2. Uses silver alloy contacts that do not oxidize or stick, offering excellent conductivity and resistance to arc corrosion.
3. Uses the best enameled copper wire, capable of stably delivering rated current and voltage, ensuring overall stable power supply.
